 While Delamere Dairy is probably best known for many of Britain’s favourite goats’ milk products, there are also two cows’ milk products available.

Channel Island Milk

Delamere Dairy’s Channel Island milk tastes luxuriously creamy…but is still only 5% fat. From Jersey and Guernsey herds of cows, it’s a great cooking ingredient and adds that special something to any dish…especially those indulgently creamy desserts.

Pure Milk Sterilised Milk

Pure Milk Sterilised Milk can be stored in the cupboard for months before opening, so you never need be without milk again. The milk is heat treated (no preservatives) which is why it can be stored, unopened, for longer… but without affecting the nutritional value of the milk. Sterilised milk is a big favourite with people who like its slightly sweeter caramel taste. It can also be use in cooking…exactly as you would use fresh milk.
