Sterilised Semi-skimmed Milk - Half the fat of regular milk

Sterilised milk has a long shelf life and is great kept in a cupboard unopened until you are ready to use it. No it doesn’t contain any preservatives, it’s simply fresh milk that has been heat treated to 140°C to destroy the micro organisms that otherwise allow milk to deteriorate.

Once the milk has been opened, it should be treated like fresh milk - refrigerated and used within 3 days. Pure Milk sterilised semi-skimmed milk comes in 1 litre re-sealable plastic bottles.
